Refund/Cancellation Policy
1. Pickup Orders
1.1. Customers may cancel a pickup order at any time prior to acceptance of the order by the participating food truck. Cancellations made before acceptance will not incur any charges.
1.2. Upon acceptance of the order by the food truck, the order becomes final, and the customer will be charged 100% of the order amount, with no eligibility for cancellation or refund except as outlined in Section 1.3.
1.3. If the food truck does not accept the order, the customer will not be charged.
1.4. In the event a customer receives incorrect items, missing items, or otherwise defective or unsatisfactory products, the customer must submit a photograph of the issue and file a report through the in-app support function. If, after review, the issue is verified, the customer will be issued a refund for the affected item(s) only.
2. Catering and On-Site Food Truck Services
2.1. Unless a longer lead time is expressly required by the food truck, the following payment and refund schedule applies to all catering services and on-site food truck bookings:
a. At 10 days prior to the scheduled event date, a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total order amount will be charged.
b. At 3 days prior to the scheduled event date, the remaining 50% balance will be charged. This payment is also non-refundable.
2.2. These payments secure the food truck’s availability, preparation time, and event commitment.
2.3. If the food truck fails to perform the catering service or does not appear on-site for the scheduled event, the customer must submit a report through the app. Upon verification of non-performance, the customer will receive a refund of all amounts paid for undelivered services.
3. Food Truck-Initiated Cancellations
3.1. If a food truck cancels any catering event, on-site service, or standard order for any reason, the food truck shall forfeit all payments associated with the canceled order.
3.2. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
4. General Provisions
4.1. All refunds are subject to verification and may require documentation as reasonably requested by our support team.
4.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.
4.3. This policy may be updated periodically, and the version in effect at the time of the transaction shall govern.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and related services (“App,” “Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Support Communications: Photographs, descriptions, and messages submitted when reporting order issues or refund requests.
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
When you use the App, we automatically collect:
Device information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers.
Usage information: App interactions, pages viewed, features used, timestamps.
Location information: If you grant permission, we may collect approximate or precise location data to help you discover nearby food trucks or assist with event-booking relevance. You may disable location permissions at any time.
1.3 Information from Food Trucks and Service Providers
Participating food trucks may provide us with details regarding:
Order acceptance or cancellation
Service status for catering and onsite events
Issues related to order fulfillment
This information is used to manage orders, refunds, and service records.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information for the following purposes:
Order Processing: To facilitate pickup orders, catering services, onsite bookings, and communications with food trucks.
Payment Processing: To manage secure payments, refunds, and transaction history.
Customer Support: To review reported issues, investigate order discrepancies, and resolve disputes.
App Functionality: To operate, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
Safety & Compliance: To detect fraud, enforce policies, comply with legal obligations, and protect the integrity of the Services.
Communication: To send notifications, confirmations, updates, and service-related messages.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. How We Share Your Information
We may share your information with:
3.1 Food Trucks
Relevant order details, event booking information, support reports (including photos), and necessary customer contact details are shared with the food truck fulfilling your order or event.
3.2 Service Providers
We use trusted third parties to support operations, including:
Payment processors
Hosting and cloud infrastructure providers
Customer support systems
Data analytics providers
Service providers are contractually required to protect your information.
3.3 Legal and Compliance
We may disclose your information when required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

4.1 Account Information
You may update or correct your account information at any time through the App.
4.2 Location Permissions
You may enable or disable location services through your device settings.
4.3 Marketing Communications
You may opt out of promotional messages by following the unsubscribe instructions provided.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. While we strive to protect your data, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain information as long as reasonably necessary to:

7. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitute acceptance of the updated policy.
